Thank you to Tania Kruger who works in the claims department for going the extra mile. She asked Underwriting to take the ****** vehicle off from the insurance and to refund the client. She then kept me updated. This is not even her job but she went out of her way to assist immediately. Great service and an asset to Brolink. Thank you for making my day
