Excellent Client Service. I would like to thank Rosa Roets for the professional way she logged my claim for my Samsung Fridge and Freezer. Although it was not part of her portfolio she went out of her way to assist me. You are truly an asset to Brolink and should coach your colleagues on excellent client service.
