Easy to follow claims process

I have recently had the pleasure of navigating the claims process with Khanyisile Ngwenya. I was particularly impressed with her complete explanations of the calculation of the settlement amount, and the claims requirements and conditions.

So often, people who deal with these issues use corpspeak and assume that the layperson has the background and knowledge to understand insurance and the claims process. Khanyisile explained the process, and the calculations. I appreciated that I could understand, at every step, what the reasons were behind the final amount that was settled.
