Don't even consider Brolink as your Insurance company

Received an email from Brolink on the 19th stating my claim has been sent to Managers for final decision. Today is the 25th still waiting for feedback. And my claim has been submitted on the 3rd of May. For our business this is nerve wrecking because this is a tool thats so important for our business and Brolink is so slow and not even worry about their clients. This is the worst insurance company I've ever came across.
