Disappointed

I am not their client, I submitted a third-party claim for my dad's car that was dented by their client while it was in a parking lot, they refused to pay, I even suggested that I take the car to their asessor and panel beater of their choice so that the car can be fixed and they pay directly to the panel beater and the consultant refused and told me not to contact their client and even told me that they instructed their client not to talk to me. I am so disappointed because their client was sure that her insurance will fix the damage 💔 😢
