Claim unresolved

It's so painful that we pay insurance monthly but when you do a claim you are taken from pillar to post. Im so stuck with this insurance wish I could move but employer has put us under this broker. My claim was sent in March already we now in May still assessor report etc and to add a cherry on top they **** on the report it's not accurate and correct information. We are been ********** by insurance companies. I cannot believe what I'm going through right now damage to my property and insurance is saying haaa hayi will call you tomorrow.
