Claim Cancelled - No Notification
I've just received a call from a contractor dealing with repairs to my property to inform me that they've been advised by the insurer that the claim has been cancelled due to the wall requiring repair taking too long to dry. I have never experienced and insurer seemingly walking away from a claim before and I am trying to contact them telephonically but neither of their listed numbers are working for me for some reason. It would have been great for the insurer to contact me and not for them to contact the contractor to inform of this change.
This is a reviewed copied across from the same rating provided for Ooba Insure, as Brolink are the underwriters/administrators for Ooba Insure.

29 Jul 2022, 11:53Brolink have reached out to me and informed of an error in regards to this claim, resulting in the incorrect cancellation thereof. It appears more of a misunderstanding than anything else and I'm glad Brolink have taken more proactive steps to get to the bottom of why a certain wall at this property is not drying as expected. The claim is now back in process, but if Brolink's response to this review and resultant customer service is anything to go by, then they are still a company I could recommend, much like in a previous review I made.
