CEO TO CALL ME
I am very upset and I need the manager of this company to call me. Earthquake to place 11JUNE i reported immediately today its the 26th of Jul and still waiting. Secondly there has never been an earthquake damage in our country so your assessors are not really capable to handle this claims. You sent an assessor after two assessors could not come and he had no clue there was an earthquake, same with the engineer you sent, yes cracks are expected on where the house joins, but in this instance they appeared due to an earthquake, they were not there before the quake. That is the whole point of a claim to correct a damage resulting from an accident such as earthquake.
our area is on the news as the most affected especially double storey buildings and I dont think you are capable of assessing and understanding this damage especially whenyou sent people who dont even know there was an earthquake
One common way to classify them is by their direction, which can include vertical, horizontal, or diagonal. Their shapes can also characterize them, such as a straight line, a zigzag pattern, or a circular shape.
The occurrence of an earthquake can set in motion a chain of seismic activity that can have catastrophic consequences, such as the formation of wall cracks. These cracks can take various forms, including diagonal cracks, step cracks, vertical cracks, shear cracks, settlement cracks, mortar joint cracks, and horizontal cracks.
