Ceiling damage caused by the hail storm.

Logged a claim due to a roof leak that was caused by the heavy hail storm which left the ceiling inside the house completely damaged . Brolink states that the claim will be partially rejected and that they will not fix the damage but they will only paint the stains on the roof only. Mind you the roof was fully maintained and water proofed I sent the invoice and images that the roof was fixed early Feb. Money is deducted every month no issues at all but when you are logging claims it’s an issue as a homeowner I wouldn’t recommend them. Very disappointed will be cancelling my policy with them as they are not helpful at all.
