Car insurance duck and diving

I was driving on the M1 South on the evening of the 6th Aug when my car started giving multiple warning signs, as if that was not scary enough, my car started to loose power and the steering was locking. Luckily I was just close to the woodmead offramp, and managed to take the offramp and went to a friends house in Kelvin where I could safely park my car. The following day I notified my insurance ( Brolink) who assured me they will tow my car to Vereeniging BMW repair centre so an assessor can go assess my car, also because I had previously made a claim from insurance to fix dents and scratched I had on my car and the claim was approved for Vereenigig BMW to repair the dents. To my dismay, my car was only towed out of my friends yard only on the 10th of Aug in the evening- after constantly nagging and following up with both my insurance and assessor to pick up my car. On the 11th of Aug, I woke up to a call from the towing company notifying me that my car had been " succesfully" towed to Pro-line in Wynberg and that is where it will be fixed. Upon hearing this I did not waste time and called the assessor to find out why my car was going to be repaired at a location I do not know of nor ave approved of. He adviced He decided to authorise for my car to be fixed by proline since BMW Vereeniging never responded to them. Which is utter hogwash because When I checked with Vereeniging BMW repair centre They told me they await quote approval from my insurance. I then called the assessor back to tell him im not happy with my car being at Proline, and that if he will be keeping my car there he must be aware that I do not have money to pay for storage. He then advised that he will call my insurance and revert to me, to this day ( 16 Aug) he has not called me back. I have been following up with Brolink, to ask as to why my car has not been taken to Vereeniging repair centre. At Brolink I have been dealing with a lady called Nonhle, she keeps telling me she will follow up with the assessor ( Lee Geffen) and she will revert to me immediately after. Nonhle from brolink does not revert to me to assure me that as my insurance they are looking into my concern professionally. Instead I have to call her back again after many hours to check if she has attended to my matter - and she continued to say she does not knw why the assessor took the car to proline but she will find out. I am ****ed off, because both the assessor and Brolink are taking me for granted. 1st they tow my car after 3days, so if my car was stuck on the freeway, was it still going to take them 3 days to tow it???? They authorise for my car to to be towed to proline for repairs without my knowledge! And now when I ask them questions about my car being taken to proline without my permission they duck and dive! I dont even know what is being done to my car at proline. To this day, I dont even know wether the second claim was looked into and wether my car getting stuck on the freeway was related to the 1st accident or wether it is a mechanical fault which I must take care of since im off motor plan. Not havig a car is an inconvenience for me, I have a small baby and live in a place where public transport is not convenient at all. Brolink and their assessors are unprofessional and have been nothing but giving me grief! Just yesterday again, I called Nonhle at Brolink who promised to call me back yet again after following up with the assessor as to why my car was taken to Proline. Nonhle has not called me back! Is this matter too heavy for you to handle Brolink???? Then im finding a reliable insurance company that will put me first as a client and not treat me like a charity case!

Thank you. I spoke to the assessor and he assured me he will keep me posted once pro-line is done with the diagnosis. Thereafter I will decide which option will work for me.
