Car hire date always expires

I had a vehicle accident on Friday 13 February 2015, my car was towed on the same day, i therefore received a hired car on 17 February 2015 for which 30 days has expired yesterday 18 March 2015.

For the previous 3 weeks, i have been communicating with my insurance claim department trying to find out of the current process only to find out that the vehicle is still at storage and the appointed assessor has not yet gave authorization for my vehicle to be moved from Mokopane to Polokwane.

On the 04 March 2014, the car was moved to Polokwane Royal Autobody the quote was done and it was then waited for the authorization from my insurance again which then added further delays.
I then called to request for the car hire to be extended but i was turned down based on the 30 days that i have agree upon.

My problem is of the 30 days that i had the car hire with nothing was done to repair my car, its only the delays that i don't even know why they did occur. i am currently in a need of transport to work but i am stuck.
