Car Accident grievance from third party

If you are the third party your regards aren't taken into consideration. You will have to follow up about the claim their client has put against you. They do not even contact you to determine liability nor take accountability to their mistakes such as not reaching out first to notify us on the claim. Their client has **********ly tried to coerce funds from us to a point that she has stalked and harassed my family ultimately leading us to get a protection order against them. Had the insurance been competent they would've been able to contain their client by stipulating their policy on recovery & determination of liability. Instead their client has taken the role of being "collections" coercing us to pay her hard cash for her excess fee. Threatened the life of my family and I for a mere R3000. This company will not send you any documentation because they do not want to be transparent in aspect of assessment. All they want to gain is money that is not accounted for. I strongly disagree with the credibility and ethics connected with Brolink.
