Building Insurance claim taking forever!!
I submitted a claim with regards to storm damage. 0 Feedback as of yet, I always have to contact the center to follow up. Phoned today, nothing has been done yet. Been almost 2 weeks. Absolutely atrocious service.
Quote from contractors has been submitted. Assessors report has been submitted.
Nothing has moved since.
