Brolink worst car insurance ever

Worst car insurance ever!

I got an accident with their client on the 4th July 2020, i was driving on the freeway N17 to bethal, while i was driving on the freeway (N17) their client who was driving a Toyota hillux decided to not stop on the stop sign of ermelo rd /anchor rd and joined the free without observing, unfortunately i was near i had no choice but to hit him, after the incident happened their client was so sorry and admitted that he was %100 wrong and claimed that he didn't see me but i should not worry because his insurance(brolink) gonna pay my car.. We went to police station to complete accident report and forwarded a claim to his insurance, my car was taken by a towing and went to the storage campany which charges daily... When i claim against brolink's client.. His insurance said they won't pay for storage fees, panel beater fees and towing fees... That desturbed me but i was hoping they will pay my car immediately because their admitted that he was wrong and willingly to pay by his insurance which is Brolink... After one month their client passed away, i waited and waited for them to pay my car till today and the car is in the storage company they are charging everyday, i used all my savings to hospitals fighting for my life due to their reckless driving of Brolink's client. I call them every week asking what's going on Their respond is that they still investigating. I'm still owing R110000 at mfc for that car now the amount of storage campany is more than R30000.. When i tell them they say i should remove my car from the storage... I don't understand where will i get money for towing and storage to take out my car and wait for them for them to finish their investigation.
