Brolink shocking service, lies and no cover for building and solar system insurance

Do not go near Brolink, Gaurdrisk and Ooba insurance for building insurance. Brolink specifically when it comes to service and Building insurance. They took over three weeks of telephonic as well as email follow-up's to finally get a contractor to do an assessment They then declined a valid claim for rain damage for my property in KZN and did not furnish me with the contractor’s report. I have recently placed a claim for my solar system and the premature malfunction of the batteries due to the excessive load shedding and they first declined stating they do not cover surges, when the report stated the batteries prematurely failed due excessive cycling due to load shedding. When I called Nompumelelo at Brolink, to ask her about the incorrect reason for the decline being "surges" she then changed her story and said they do not cover for load shedding damage. This does not appear in my coverage documents and when asked, she said it was company policy. I have approached the FAIS Ombud for arbitration regarding this matter.
