Brolink Review (Agnes Mokate)

I got assisted by Agnes Mokate today from Brolink to register my windscreen repair claim. She was so professional and efficient. What stood out for me was how she made the process to register my claim so easy. With most insurances, a minor claim such as registering a windscreen claim can take forever to finalise, but Agnes finalised my claim in less than 2 minutes. I am really grateful to have Brolink handle my insurance, moreover, I am grateful that we still have employees like Agnes who take their work seriously and will do anything they can do to assist the client without frustrating them.
