Brolink refuse to pay claim-car remote jammed

30 April2015 we stopped at Emanguzi near Kosi Baai to buy avos My husband locked the Pajero, we walked over the road to buy avos&fruit Returned after 15 minutes to discover to our horror our car is open and my apple ipad air was ****** my oakley glasses and new camera which i forgot to insure I phoned ABSA internet to suspend my internet (MY EMAILS photos of statements of my bank accounts I was afraid of *****. Case was opened at SAPS Emanguzi Constable MM MTHEMBU *** said they use a device to jam car remotes when you lock your car which open your car again This crime is high in Emanguzi due to a lot of tourists and Mozambique foreigners committing this crime in the Town My question to BROLINK is YOU KNEW ABOUT THIS CRIME WHY DIDNT YOU IMPLEMENT A CLAUSE TO PROTECT US YOU CLIENTS FROM THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY THEFT AS YOU CALLED IT. You said i should have been more carefull HOW!? DIDNT KNOW ABOUT IT I paid my insurance faithfully every month Brolink took my money but dont want to pay out my claim BROLINK also UNDER INSURED my apple ipad with R4000.00 THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE Iam sure this is also the reason why they refuse to pay my claim Iam referring this to the OMBUDSAM
