Brolink not happy at all with your service

I am writing a complain against Brolink under holard insurance I put a claim last month already... The person who was dealing my Mr Thulani Ngwenya kept me waiting for longer and yesterday I called him to follow up about the claim but he said he'll call me back... To get me off his back knowing that he's been awaiting for feedback since 31 March now I called again today and his nowhere to be found and the supervisor doesn't want to talk to me here is my claim number ***1*001*003 .
