Brolink is a bad insurance

I have just had the worst experience with Brolink Insurance. My geyser burst in October last year and to this day my bedroom is not completely fixed. Brolink has been aware of the issues I've had with the contractor, Marcom Project management and they haven't done much to help resolve my problems. The contractor has come and started working only to leave and say they will return but don't. The appointed contractor has damaged my property and thy wont repair but the insurance is not holding them accountable. My wardrobe has a broken door and mirror and they just wont come repair this damage. After months of complaint emails and phone calls to Brolink, they are now saying its not the insurers fault since they spoke to the owner and he says its not his fault therefore I must sort myself out. The contractor even offered me R450 to fix the damaged door but I refused since he was paid to do the repairs and I wont do his work for him. An assessor has come out to have a look at the damages and taken pics to send to Brolink to show how bad the work carried out by the contractor was. I'm just amazed that the insurance has now taken the contractor side. This site has over 100 bad reviews so they are clearly doing something wrong.
