brolink insurance has my car since 17 November 2020 and have closec for christmas holidays

Claim consultant Caroline is so unprofessional, she didn't give me feedback on the progress of my claim, I am stranded without a car which is still at G&J Panel beat in Witbank, she didn't even know that they where closed for Christmas, she couldn't even do extension on courtesy car rented from avis rental , she says my premium can only hire for max of 30 days, and she has a lot of clients, she couldn't call me I mean the level of unprofessionalism and no remorse for the inconvenience it has caused... I tried reaching out to the team leader but they also not available... I'm definitely looking for another insurer soon
