Disgusting customer service they don't answer calls They don't return calls They rejected my "MAINTAINED ROOF CLAIM AFTER A STORM " FOR A SECTION THATS LESS THEN A SQUARE METER ,then I get sent a endor*****t letter excluding all storm and water damage by Shika from Hollard with no call or explanation even after I sent them photos showing it's maintained the rest of the house does not leak so really it is shocking ,there assessors do not even do a proper inspection they just put up the ladder on the side and assumes there job is done. Same story with my last electrical claim ,A coc was given when i bought the house buy brolink Elsa and her team with Hollard included me in an email while they discussed how do ***** me over and reject my claim then they try to make up for it with some lame email response ,I had to redo the electrical get a new coc which I sent to them I hope in future they don't bs me on that side of things Check out there Google ratings and reviews it's the worse ever
