Brolink has the most unprofessional services

I lodged an insurance claim for my cellphone in January(2015), i have not received payment as yet and its March (2015), over and above that, they refused to pay out my insured amount although i paid the relevant premiums for the value of the phone insured, i have been paying for the phones insurance for over 2 years, now they offering me me a dismal amount which is even less than the total premiums i have been paying for the phone that was insured. They said there was no excess now all of a sudden there's an excess added and that decreases the payout amount even further.<br> <br> they very happy to except your money and premiums, but now that a claim is made they have all the excuses and don't want to pay what is due. They are ********** and just take innocent clients money. Very unprofessional and very dishonest.
