Brolink 3rd Party Claims- Highly Recommended

This Company is absolutely amazing. This was the first time I ever had to deal with an Insurance claim where someone drove into my vehicle and his Insurance had to pay me for the damage caused. Brolink was in constant communication with me regarding any feedback and progress. Even when the claim was handed over to Santam to finalise the claim, and after numerous mails and never receiving any reply or feedback from them, Brolink intervened immediately to assist me, without me asking, to have the claim accelerated and requested immediate feedback to me regarding my claim.
