Be careful of fine lines

I would like to raise this regarding Brolink,I received an offer as a third party claim, on that offer, an assessor sounded like he was reminded on the last day to submit a report, information which was on the report were not true, he had to revise his work.

The investigator never reviewed the CCTV footage on their investigation, he admitted while I advised him that there's a footage of the incident but he overlooked that, I also have a statement from a completely independent stranger who was driving behind me who witnessed all this. Im sitting here with two different offers and instead my damaged car is adding value while they written it off.

For someone who has better information please advise on this ordeal. I read all the fine lines and I will soon post it here all those offers for your judgements.
