Bad service..no water for a week with a new geyser

This has got to be the worst insurer ever.I lodged a claim for a geyser, it was replaced more than a week ago and no water coming out of the new geyser.Have followed up.endlessly with Donald at claims and just feels like I am getting nowhere slowly.Definitely cancelling with my hone insurer after this claim is resolved.
