Bad claims service delivery, a claims can take 3 months to be paid out

I’m beyond frustrated as I write this review.

I had a burglary on the 18th of December .Assessor only called me on the 4th of February after multiple attempts to reach the offices of Brolink. I was just being told an assessor (Lynette Jimmy from Ijassociates)has been assigned to your claim.

We arranged for her to come through on the 9th and quotes were sent through on the 10th.

I kept checking in with the assessor as to when the report would be sent to the insurance and this was only done in the 21st of February. The claim was then approved on the 25th by Brolink after multiple fone calls and sadly the only means of communication is via email. There is no direct lines to speak to the person assign to the claim I no this case (Connie Mabunda )is dealing with my claim. Brolink was not willing to pay my claim for the mobile fone cause I couldn’t not blacklist the fone since there was a Ugandan SIM card. Nowhere in their contract do they state you will not be covered if there is an international SIM card . I have never missed a premium with you guys since 2014. After months of kicking and screaming Iv managed to get everything to the claims assessor and the responses I get are that she is not at the office she is on the road .I still need to arrange the claims card to be delivered.

I have sent numerous emails to the person asssigned to my claim at Brolink (Connie Mabunda ),left several messages Vu the call centre and there is no point of escalation. I’m very disappointed at the service delivery with Brolink at this stage .You have definitely lost a loyal client in me.
