Ask if your insurance company uses Brolink - then go elsewhere. They're useless and should be shut down.

In March my son's car (my insurance) was involved in an accident. I use Indwe as my broker who in turn uses Brolink.

Claim was mismanaged from the get-go. To cut to the chase, items were ****** from the car while it was inbetween Boland Towing and the SMD yard where it was stored against my specific instructions. The SMD yard isn't nicknamed the "graveyard" for nothing. The car was damaged further there which was reported to Indwe. Both the damage and the ****** items were reported.

NOTHING has come of this. Brolink has to be the most useless company ever. I paid for the extra repairs to the vehicle but I want the items back. We discovered after getting items stored by Boland Towing back, that the iPad and cables were also missing but because we were tardy in this regard, I didn't bother to claim, assuming my own negligence in this. I have now resigned from Indwe as brokers even though they are fantastic simply because they use Brolink and after several unfortunate dealings with them I am going to Santam who doesn't use them - thank heavens!
