appreciating professionalism from the claim consultant that was delegated to attend to my claim

my experience was good, each and every day my claim consultant was sending feedback. When I sent an email, I did not wait even for 30minutes to get response. I appreciate all the assistance that I got. Even though I was panicking that is it going to take more than two weeks before my car is fix.. Thank you so much
