Accident Overcharged Claim.

This insurance is the most unhelpful people I have ever came across. My story and how they are willing not to help. I was high jacked by two men and with that stress and fear I bumped into the lady in front of me. The lady was calm and tried to relax me. We go and make a case and so things were oky. This insurance phones me and says that they are going to claim all the money back from me for the ladys car damage even though I have no insurance. Now why would I have any money to pay if I can't even afford insurance for myself. These people took only o e quotation and desired to use that one even tho it is ridiculously overcharged. I asked if I could get my own quotation on the ladys car and they tell me yes I can but it won't help nothing because they already finilised this quote the one and overcharged quote with their assessor. Now what I don't understand is that I received quotes that is less than half of the quotation that they want me to pay even if I can't afford it at all. People really dont care that by being tramatized and by crime this happened on a accident and not even by reckless driving. Never thought that an insurance would be so cruel.
