ABSA Insurance and Brolink Brokers

I am submitting a complaint as a customer who had a car insured with ABSA Insurance Company. I was involved in an accident and the brokers that were assigned to assist me were from Brolink. I have received any feedback regarding my claim and every time I call I am just told to wait on feedback that never comes. I will never use ABSA for anything because they associate with *********** people and don’t help their customers
