A month and still no authority to repiar my car
My car was left at the panel beater a month ago due to hail damage. As part of my package my insurance provides up to one month car hire. I have been fighting with the panel beater but their hands are tied waitng for Brolink to give the go-ahead. As of yesterday the authority was still not given. Today is Friday and I am going away for two weeks this weekend. My car hire expires on Monday ... Looks like I am going to have to walk.

The delay in authorising the vehicle repairs was referred to the insurer who is discussing the matter with the assessor and the panel beater on an urgent basis.
The car hire was extended until the 18th of December 2017. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay. Our office will keep you updated on the matter.
