It took 4 days of living with a burst geyser, multiple fruitless calls a day to their offices before I could land in the ever so capable hands of young Ms Nkateko Tshauke. A few of your employees could learn a thing or two with regards to customer service from this young professional and committed lady.

It still took a couple more days before our issue was resolved. However Nkateko's determination to assist, follow-up and keep me updated made it all easier to bear. She was super friendly, relatable, one of the few competent and passionate people willing to go over and above to resolve a query with the most suitable outcome for both the client and her company as the end goal. As much as we went through a week and weekend without a functional geyser, she managed to sort things out in 2 days that her fellow colleagues couldn't sort out in 4 days.
