Broadhost - still waiting for repayment of banking charges!

<p>Broadhost debitted my account *******ly for three different/separate amounts in January. These amounts were reversed. However, I am still waiting for the refund of bank charges for these transactions. Have received emails promising that the money has been refunded, but nothing in the account yet!</p>
