Britishtv expiration date and password issues

For the last 3 weeks i have had an issue with the expiration date and cannot login. I have sent numerous emails for password reset and complaining about the expiration date. I just get no response. I have a ticket logged but still no response. At first the response was great. I do not know what is the problem with them.
