Britishtv expiration date and password issues
For the last 3 weeks i have had an issue with the expiration date and cannot login. I have sent numerous emails for password reset and complaining about the expiration date. I just get no response. I have a ticket logged but still no response. At first the response was great. I do not know what is the problem with them.

Rude customer service
If I could give negative stars I would. Their service buffers numerous times. My recently interaction was to inform that I will not be renewing my subscription with them and they literally said the following: "Good for you. We do not care. Thank you. Peter Technical Support & Customer Service Manager" Rather stay away from them.

As a follow up to why not to use britishtv.org after complaining about their service, which is paid for until March, they just aren’t answering me at all so looks like I’ve wasted my money. So as far as I can see it’s a **** now
