You call this customer service?

No email address available to communicate and as I don't have a landline at home, need to communicate with British Airways via social media or electronically. Can't find email address so went to FB that directed me to Twitter. Used platform to message BA as my 17 year old son has a ticket booked locally from CT to PE in Jan. Granny bought him the ticket for his birthday, which is now in December. Granny lives in PE and he will be flying out of CT to PE. Booking made and he receives an email to say that card holder must be present when he books into the flight. Not possible as they are not in the same town. Tweet his problem to BA on my profile. They reply to say card holder has to tweet them. So my 74 year old Mother has to figure out how to create a Twitter profile and do this and relays the entire story again. They now respond and say sorry, we can't deal with you, we need to speak to the passenger. Currently passenger is 17 years old, so would actually need to speak to his legal guardian, ie. his Mother who made the enquire initially. What a run around without any answers and the most terrible customer service. Really, nobody can help us?????
