Wow. A class above the rest. I flew BA 6200 from durban to Johannesburg on the 6th of April 2021. Ruan was our Cabin controller. What a professional! I though it was a tape playing when he made the announcements and the service was very friendly and up to standard. He's colleague (I think her name was "fendi" who helped in Business class was also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you - my last few flights with BA/Kulula wasn't very pleasant so this was like a breath of fresh air! Thank you Ruan! You are an ASSET to BA!!
