Worst service ever from an airline

The floor manager verbally abused me and then no apology after over booking my flight. I was then pointed to a queue and told to take my bag an wait there with no further explanation. I asked who the floor managers supervisor was and he told me that he didn't know who this was. When I told the floor manager I would find his supervisor he laughed.
