Worst service ever / Call center doesn't answer calls

My flight was cancelled and an alternative flight was booked. Now i need to change my return flight to compensate for the days lost as a result of changes on the outbound flight. It's been 3 days trying to contact them on the call center number. More than 2 hours spent each day on hold and no one answers. Worst service ever
