Worst service- BRITISH AIRWAYS COMAIR

Wrong decision made. Thought we book our flights on British Airways, because they are more reliable... What a joke! We were supposed to check in for our flight, just to find out our flight has been cancelled, and we were moved to a later flight, without our consent/no communication received via email or sms. Stuck on the airport, car rental already returned, family of 5 (2 infants). We also have to pay for extra time at OR Tambo where our vehicle is parked. Worst of all, we have to sit 4 hours, and British Airways is not even willing to help with earlier check in and keep our luggage safe / no compensation. Never British Airways again!!!!
