Worst service after breaking my luggage Ref : DPR PLZBA15344

I will never fly with British Airways ever in my life. They have the worst service ever. They are unable to resolve my complaint against them. They broke my luggage during the flight and agreed to replace it. They expecting me to spend more than the value of the bag to collect it at their airport because they do not courier. That is very ridiculous.
