Worst experience ever

<p>flight BA54 was suppose to fly out last night 2nd May 2017 and we are still at the airport with no success of getting on any flight or any other airline. I was ré-booked and on the system for another flight at 19h20 tonight and it was confirmed. Now we can only fly tomorrow evening. 48 hours later. My brother is celebrating his 40th birthday and we were going to spend a day in London before traveling to Berlin. So this is a very sad day for us. Unhappy passengers getting very aggressive towards staff </p>
