WORST AIRLINE TO USE
On all my business trips to Cape Town from Johannesburg I used British Airways. That will NEVER HAPPEN again after the experience I had with British Airways today. Your morning flight (BA6441) from Johannesburg to Cape Town that was suppose to depart at 06:05 left 20 minutes late with NO APOLOGY or explanation and your afternoon flight (BA6418) from Cape Town to Johannesburg that was suppose to depart at 16:00 left 2 hours 10 minutes late. I was on a business trip so hence that I had meetings planned at specific time slots only to be delayed by British Airways. I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF BRITISH AIRWAYS AGAIN. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND AIRLINE TO USE.
