Worst Airline to Travel with!!!Ruined vacation!!!

Worst Airline Ever!!!! They will ruin your vacation. They have a 3 hour delay in London and promise to sort out your missed connecting flight. When you land in SA they make you wait another 2 hours and still do not sort you out. In the meanwhile you have to deal with rude staff!! I have had to book another separate flight on a different airline incurring even more costs. They don't know the words customer service!!!
