Worst airline to fly with!!

It has now been close to a week and British airways is simply ignoring me after I have sent them an email about the pathetic service I received. Firstly, my wife and I got on a flight that was delayed by almost 5 hours and missed our meeting in Durban. We received no communication that the flight was delayed and only found out at the airport. Then we asked an airhostess to help us as we were seated far from one another. We eventually sorted the problem out ourselves, as she failed to assist us. The cabin crew was extremely unfriendly and as we disembarked the plane at King Shaka airport an airhostess was on her phone at the door and did not greet any of the passangers or apologise for the delay. Judging from all the airlines I have flown with this has been the worst experience by a long stretch and it is greatly disappointing as I thought British Airways to be a leader in its field. Clearly not!!!
