Worst Airline goes to BA

I will never ever fly British airway again, lost luggage no communication and shared my personal information with another passenger as they sent my luggage to someone else. Flying to the UK during Christmas time was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, honestly felt like Christmas was ruined and my stress levels were higher than ever. Now flying back to SA and the lady at Manchester airport gives me attitude and won’t even bother helping. I fly a lot with my job but never again with BA
