Worst Airline Experience to date

If i could give the airline a 0 star rating i would. I was suppose to board flight MN109 at 18:55 yesterday and would have arrived in Cape Town at 21:35.

Without being notified by email or by SMS i promptly arrived at the airport at 18:15 in order to go through checking and all that. To my amazement and many others the flight was delays first to 20:40 departure. This however was not even the situation. We only boarded the craft at 21:15. I had someone waiting at Cape Town International for over 2 hours due to the delay.

This has been to date the worst service that i have received from any airline.

Thank you COMAIR, KULULA and BA for me only getting home at 12:30 last night! Your service is terrible.
