Will never fly British Airways again!

Very simple - won't fly British Airways again:

1) One hour delayed flight with no explanation 2) Very rude stewardess - was a trainee and had no clue how to deal with customers - arrogant! 3) Had to wait for longer than 1 hour for bags to arrive - again with no explanation.

Embarrassing!
