What's going on Comair (BA / KULULA)

What is going on with Comair (Kulula / BA) lately? Most of my flights in the last two months have encountered delays. Whenever one speaks to fellow travellers the comments are the same: shocking service and delays are now an everyday occurance. Delays of two hours are common now... even indefinite delays! What is going on?
