To whom it may concern. I flew down to PE on your 16:10 flight yesterday from Joburg. I am a relatively frequent flyer and must say your service stands out compared to other domestic airlines. I enjoyed the hot sandwich and i found the smiles from and interaction with your staff to be sincere and genuine. The flight was on time and for the first time in a long time i could actually hear the pilot when he made his announcements. He appeared to really enjoy chatting to us AND not treating his announcement as a formality. I also found there to be more legroom compared to other airlines. Please keep it up. I will endeavour to make you my first choice in future. regards Dave
